These two little girls hold a very special place in my heart. Their nana happens to be of my very best friends. Her daughter, Chanette (and the mother of these beautiful girls) is very close and dear to my heart because I've had the privilege of seeing her grow from a 7 year old little girl to one of the most amazing mothers I have ever known. Though she's not my flesh and blood, I love and cherish her and consider her my very own niece. So yeah, I guess you can say these two little beauties are my great-nieces!
Los Angeles Engagement - Myra & Melvin
Such an incredibly fun time with Myra and Melvin on our Engagement Session in Los Angeles. We started our trek with our first stop at The Grove and the Historic Farmer's Market. It was such a treat for me because I hadn't been to the Farmer's Market since I was a teenager! It brought me WAY back! I definitely plan on going again soon! Our next stop was Vista Hermosa Park, overlooking the Downtown LA skyline. Our final stop was the 1st Street Bridge. That was very exciting, as I used to pass under that bridge every day, while riding the train to Los Angeles, where I worked for 19 years! Here are some pics from their awesome engagement shoot! :)
Greystone Mansion Wedding - Ariyana & Stephan
When Ariyana told me that she and her fiancee, Stephan would like to hire to me to photograph their wedding, I was so touched, honored and extremely excited. You see.. I've known Ariyana since she was about 7 years old. To see her grow up into a beautiful young woman and be able to document her wedding was just so heartwarming. It was a very special day. :)

Ariyana & Stephan ~ Engaged
When Ariyana asked if we could shoot her engagement session in old Pasadena, I was more than thrilled. The architecture, buildings, restaurants, pubs ... all of it --- I knew it would make a wonderful backdrop! Here are a few of my favorites from that very fun day!
